Pay Your POA Dues

POA dues are due on the first of every year. A 41-day grace period is automatically applied to each homeowner and home lot.

Any dues paid after February 10th will incur a $25 late fee per lot, without exception.

A LATE FEE OF $25 PER LOT WILL BE ASSESSED AFTER FEBRUARY 10TH OF EACH YEAR.

  • Heavy trash pickup twice a year
  • Mulching event twice a year
  • Mowing and trimming Eagle Rock entrance islands
  • Morrow Park and Dog Park maintenance and improvement
  • Road patching and improvement
  • Tree trimming along WPOA owned roads
  • National Night Out Event in October
  • Yard of the Month and Holiday Competition
  • Maintain Deed Restrictions
  • Issue Approvals on new homes and additions, and exterior projects.
